St. Rita Master Plan
St. Rita Master Plan
Celebrating Our Past, Building Our Future.

Beginning in 2005 and presented on the Feast of St. Rita in 2008, a Parish Strategic Plan produced a Master Planning Committee. That committee was formed to evaluate St. Rita’s land usage, facilities and equipment and their ability to meet future parish needs. They also conducted a parish-wide survey of the needs, wants, and desires for the parish facilities, as well as consulting with teachers, parish staff, and ministry leaders. With the assistance of Good, Fulton & Farrell Architects, their findings were synthesized into the following six categories of planning priorities.
During the Master Planning process, between 2009 – 2011, the Architectural firm of POBA Bowell was engaged to refine the conceptual drawings. Our 50 Year Jubilee brochure, issued on the parish’s feast day May 22, 2011, centered around meeting previously identified need in the following areas:
-
Meeting Rooms

- Church Visibility / Recognition
- Office and Classroom Space
- Contiguous Multi-use Space for Gatherings, Programs and Athletics
- Parking and Traffic Flow
